Tracking & Order Status
Once your order has been successfully processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 business hours for the tracking status to update after receiving your tracking number.
⏳ Processing Time:
All orders are processed within the timeframe listed in our shipping policy. Processing time does NOT include weekends or holidays.
🚚 Tracking Updates:
Tracking links may take additional time to reflect movement depending on the shipping carrier’s scan activity. If your tracking shows “Label Created” or “Pre-Transit,” this means the package has been handed over to the carrier and is awaiting its first scan.

If you have not received your tracking email after the processing timeframe has passed, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@Luxurybykacy.com for assistance. Be sure to include your full name and order number.

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery delays, lost packages, or transit issues are the responsibility of the carrier. We will assist with filing a claim, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.
