Return Policy

• All orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed. Feel free to initiate a return by contacting us once your order is delivered.
• We must received return item within 7 days.
• ALL returns must be requested and approved WITHIN 48HRS of delivery 
• Customized orders are not eligible for returned or store credit
• All returns must be in its original condition.
• We reserved the right to refuse returns that are damage or not in a salable condition
• ALL returns go through quality inspection, therefore customer are responsible for any damage they make to the item. So we advice to handle with care.
• Please allow 3-5 business days after returns are delivered for review and store credit to be issued.
• Store credit will be issued after returns (NO REFUND)
