  We gladly offer store credit on unworn items that are in there original condition and show no signs of wear, damage, alterations, or odor.
  If an item is returned worn or violated in any way, the package will be refused and returned to you.

  Please note:

  • We do not issue refunds.

  • We do not provide return labels.

  • Items must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of receiving your order. After that time, your item will be ineligible for return and will be denied, and returned item will be shipped back to you. No store credit will be given.

  • Intimate apparel (including underwear, jewelry) are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • Returned Packages

    In the event an order is returned to us due to a failed delivery or pickup, an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of the package, you no longer need the item, or any other unforeseen delivery-related reason, a store credit will be issued once the package has been received back by us.

    We do not issue refunds. All eligible returned orders will be issued store credit in accordance with our store policy.
