Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing an order with LuxuryByKacy, customers agree to abide by our policies regarding returns, store credit, dispute resolution procedures, and delivery timeframes.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may significantly delay the resolution process.

In the event that a dispute is filed, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor with the following documentation:
