Production and shipping time for all orders

Please allow 2-5  business days for processing time before shipping.

After processing, standard shipping takes 3- 5 days to get to your door.

After processing, express Shipping 1-3 days to get to your door. 

Cancellation

All orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are placed. Feel free to initiate a return by contacting us once your order is delivered. Refunds are not accepted. Store credit is issued on return item. 

Lost/stolen/ delay

All orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Therefore LUXURYBYKACY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delay with shipping. Please contact USPS 1-800-275-8777 for futher information.

Shipping time for UK and other countries (except the USA) 

After processing,  orders may take 5-7 business days to be delivered to you.  

LUXURYBYKACY is not responsible for any additional fees charged by custom.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Pre-order delivery time frames are listed in each product description. If your order includes a pre-order item and an in-stock item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you need your in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order for that piece. This ensures you receive the non–pre-order item ahead of time without delay.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn items that are in there original condition and show no signs of wear, damage, alterations, or odor.
If an item is returned worn or violated in any way, the package will be refused and returned to you.

Please note:

  • We do not issue refunds.

  • We do not provide return labels.

  • Items must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of receiving your order.

  • Intimate apparel (including underwear) are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • Thank you for shopping with us! Our return address is on your package.
