Cancellation

All orders CANNOT be cancelled or modified once they are placed. Feel free to initiate a return. Refunds are not accepted. Store credit is issued on return item.

Orders may take 10-15 business days to be delivered to you.  Estimated delivery is displayed at checkout.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

Pre-order delivery time frames are listed in each product description. If your order includes a pre-order item and an in-stock item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you need your in-stock item sooner, please place a separate order for that piece. This ensures you receive the non–pre-order item ahead of time without delay.

Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly offer store credit on unworn items that are in there original condition and show no signs of wear, damage, alterations, or odor.
If an item is returned worn or violated in any way, the package will be refused and returned to you.

Please note:

• We do not issue refunds.

• We do not provide return labels.

• Items must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of receiving your order. After that time, items are ineligible for return and will be refused and returned back to your address. 

• Intimate apparel (including underwear, earrings ect..) are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
